Organizer of non-commercial poster exhibitions, Cracow Festival of Ad
Poster, media and trade events. Initiator of number of social
initiatives. Author of studies on the Polish and European outdoor
advertising market and infrastructure.
Dirk heads NEC’s newly established DOOH Solutions (Digital-out-of-Home)
business. He will use his industry expertise to implement the European
market launch of NEC’s ad-serving platform VUKUNET, a web platform for
the entire advertising workflow on DOOH networks, which has already been
successfully launched in the US.
Dirk Hülsermann established himself as an expert in the advertising and
media industry and a specialist in the field of digital-out-of-home
advertising in the course of various management positions in large
multi-national companies and in his role as founder and president of the
Out-of-Home Video Advertising Bureau Europe (OVAB Europe).
Dirk started his career at a Klinger Group company before moving to
Kyocera in 1997, where he became Director for Marketing and Corporate
Communications in 2001. In 2005 his path took him to Mitsui Europe,
where as Business Development Manager EMEA in the Investment Division he
was responsible for strategic investment in the fields of New Media and
Digital-Out-Of-Home. Over the last three years Dirk worked as Director
Business Development International for Neo Advertising. In this position
he drove the rapid growth of this international group, in particular in
the DOOH segment.
Beside these activities Hülsermann is Trustee and Managing Director of a
Family Trust, which does support charity projects to deprived children.
Bogusław Kwarciak is a strategic Director of Opus B advertising agency,
he is an university lecturer too. By profession a psychologist. He is
making research in various fields of social communication. The first
doctoral degree he gain on the Jagiellonian University, the second one
(Ph.D) in the University of Connecticut at Storrs in USA, where he
worked as research fellow. His scientific achievements include
scientific publications, popular science, books and expertises.
Andrea Le Vot
Andrea Le Vot is Marketing and Research Manager at BlueFox, European
Leader in providing content for digital out-of-home screens. She is
graduated by the Institute of Media and Communication of the University
of Hamburg in Media Culture and Cultural Anthropology. Experienced in
market and media research as well as in audiovisual production, she is
fascinated by Digital Signage and the possibilities that this media
offers. At BlueFox she is inter alia in charge of research on the impact
of content choice and presentation forms and works on the development of

He received his MSc in Telecommunication Engineering from the
Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and has been working at the NEC
Laboratories since. In this 8 years, his research has spanned from
sensor technologies to the behavior and situation model that can be
derived from them.
His current focus is the integration of sensor information into the
Digital Signage world. The objective is two-fold: firstly, increasing
user engagement through personalization and new interaction modes, and
secondly, improving audience measurement technologies to create
auditable proof of the impact of a Digital Signage installation.

Mirosław Jamróz is Operations Director for Production. He manages

After 9 years of experience in IT consulting and by work for many
international corporations like: Carlsberg, Heineken, LOT, Polsat,
Esselte, Ferrero, in 2005 Paweł started new experience with Digital
Signage. In 5 years he created the leading provider of comprehensive
digital signage solutions and digital communication in Poland.
Leszek Golonka is a member of the board and a co-founder of DDS Poland.
He’s got economical education and is entrepreneur by passion. He gained
experience by working in international corporations and by managed his
own firms. From many years he is involved in projects connected with new
media market. From the beginning of DDS Poland he is responsible for the
new product development and sales strategy.
He’s got cultural education and is an artist and manager by passion. In
his work he uses humanistic approach to business and technology. He
specializes in marketing strategy with the use of multimedia mediums. He
gained experience with the cooperation of the biggest Polish advertising
agencies. He realized Digital Signage projects inter alia for Empik,
Żabka, Piotr i Paweł, Warta, ING Bank Śląski, PLAY.
Grzegorz Góralczyk leads Digital Signage department in SQM. He is
constantly looking for new solutions, which can deal with contemporary
marketing communication challenges.
He is an active Polish Digital Signage Association (PDSA) member,
leading the group responsible for the content quality. His motto is that
although„Content is King” but „Experience is God”.
Daniel is leading the Business Development of Grassfish Marketing
Technologies. Since 2008 he is in this position and responsible for the
continuous growth and success of Grassfish one of the leading companies
offering a CMS for Digital Signage and Content. Not so much focused on
pure DOOH - advertising networks - but deeply involved in enabling and
establishing effective communication solutions for Retailers, Banks,
Airlines, Pharmacies and many other sectors, Daniel established a
powerful Grassfish partner network with an impressive list of customers
from all over Europe, Asia and now also the US.
Daniel is in the industry since 1999 where he founded his own Digital
Signage Software and Content Company in Switzerland and expanded that to
Vienna, Austria and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia the earlier days. Daniel
established from a pioneer to an international expert with a large
industry network. He sold his company in 2006 and founded his
Switzerland based company Relevance Consulting - mainly a network of
digital marketing experts and producer of the Relevance E-Magazine for
Digital Signage and beyond.

in sales and operations in international companies since 1995. André has
13 years of experience in the distribution channel world in companies
such as Actebis, a leading Pan European IT distributor. He also served
as Chief Sales Officer for Swiss Bibliotheca RFID, worldwide leading
provider of RFID solutions for libraries, with a sales responsibility of
$15M USD. André holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Technical

his career at YapiKredi Bank in Istanbul. From 2007 until 2010 he worked
for Fiat Group Automobiles in Turin as Manager for Sweden, Australasia
and prior to that as Strategic Marketing and Planning Manager for Export
Markets. Maciej graduated in International Economics and Management from
Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. He holds a Master of Science in
General Management (Bocconi) and CEMS Master in International Management.

–active) presented in Poland and abroad. He has participated in
international presentations of Polish art, author of concept projects in
the field of multimedia such as: in Polish Pavilion in Japan (2005),
Museum of Place in Schindler’s Factory (2006), Stanisław Wyspiański
pavilion in Cracow (2007), Garden of Fine Arts in Cracow (2008), Centre
